    I had a pretty chill stay! The location was super convenient being close to the airport, which made catching my early flight a breeze. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable-definitely enjoyed a good night's sleep! the restaurant served some tasty meals which was a nice surprise after a long travel day.

    That said, there were a couple of hiccups. Plus, some staff could've been more friendly; it felt a bit like they were just doing their job without any enthusiasm. it was good for a quick stay, but I wish for a bit more warmth and communication!

    Our rooms were neat and soundproof and had a TV, instant coffee, and a writing desk. The location was great for walking around a sprawling indoor shopping mall.

    Overall relaxing hotel, affordable meals.

    Overall clean hotel, knowledgeable staff, particularly good location close enough to the airport terminals. The room fashionable and functional, bed good. Location near to huge shopping area and 24 hour supermarket and the Mall and Portside Wharf. A great selection of food options at walking distance from the venue.

    Proximity to airport

    Arrived on early morning flight from Dubai, had to wait 2 hours for room but got into room at 9.30 am would have be great to have been able to get into room upon arrival

    We enjoyed exploring nearby attractions and bonding over the generous buffet breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. Plus, the location is super convenient for an early flight. Definitely recommend this place for anyone traveling together!

    The only downside was the bathroom setup. It could really use a grab rail to prevent slips when getting in and out of the shower. It felt a bit risky, especially when the floor was wet.

    The service

    Shower over bath the bathroom is large enough for a separate shower recess. Wardrobe so high i could not easily reach the hangers.

    We went to the novotel brisbane airport as we were flying to alice springs the next morning. We wanted to use a computer there and a girl on the reception desk offered to check our seat bookings for us and then printed out our boarding passes. She then came up to our room and explained how to use the T.V.system they have there. The staff in the dining room were very polite and attentive. The food was excellent.

    comfortable quiet, stocked units provided with extra bedding for children and comfy bed plus great shower. easy check-in, late check-out. comfortable location, an easy walk to everywhere. walking distance to a shopping mall and a big shopping mall across the street.

    I thought the room was great, clean, good information booklet, tv channels etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very impressive and I enjoyed the stay even though it was due to an airport stopover only. Highly recommended, thanks!
